Camper Space + Golf Cart Info

Camper Space Fees:
- $560.00 Campers requiring 30 amp service or less for the duration of the sho
- $750.00 For campers requiring 50 amp service for the duration of the show.
There are a limited number of spaces available.
Campers spaces have water, electrical and sewer.
Spaces not having sewer connections will be pumped on an every other day rotation starting on Monday July 16, 2025. Additional pump outs will incur an additional fee and arrangements to be made directly with the pump out truck.
NOTE: STATE LAW PROHIBITS THE DISCHARGE OF GRAY WATER ONTO THE GROUND.
ALL CAMPERS MUST BE PARKED WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE CAMPER SUPERVISOR FROM 8AM TO 7PM DAILY STARTING WEDNESDAY JULY 16, 2025 THROUGH SUNDAY JULY 20, 2025.
CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ARRIVE AFTER THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE SHOW ON MONDAY.
CAMPERS MUST LEAVE THE GROUNDS NO LATER THAN 12:00PM SUNDAy JULY 27,2025

Golf Cart Fees

NEMHS will try to accommodate special requests but can not guarantee them.
Golf carts will be available Monday 9:00 AM July 21, 2025 - Saturday Midnight July 26, 2025
Golf Carts may only be operated by Licensed Drivers as defined in USEF Rule GR901.29: Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent(s), guardian(s) and/or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian or a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and or/trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Chapter 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. Golf carts may not be operated between midnight and 6:00 a.m. All privately owned golf carts must register with Golf Cart Coordinator.
