A New Age Group
The upcoming 2026 show season brings a lot of changes to the Morgan horse world. Between USEF and AMHA rule updates, new horses, and the focus of this blog post: new age groups, there is a lot that isn’t concrete in the Morgan community. So, we interviewed someone who has experienced all of these while remaining a successful and strong rider throughout. Whether these insights are all completely new or there are some you have heard before, I believe that everything can be applied to many of the changes in your equestrian career. As in the last post, if you have any topics you want to see covered, please reach out to me at emilykatysandy@gmail.com. Without further ado, our spring blog post is dedicated to an experienced junior exhibitor, both in riding and driving, with her horse or on a catch ride: Fiona Cudmore
